Report: 99% of districts support digital learning

Ninety-nine percent of school districts have implemented digital learning, up from 30% in 2013, before the federal E-rate program was overhauled, according to a report from the nonprofit EducationSuperHighway. Data shows that in 2013, 22,958 schools lacked the infrastructure to support digital learning but, in 2019, that number dropped to 743.
